Oh, I find the answer myself:
 git status

# Untracked files:
#   (use "git add <file>..." to include in what will be committed)
#       ../git-check-ignore

From some experiments there was a git-check-ignore left.
(and make clean doesn't delete it)

sorry for the noise.
