Meanwhile, voyager compilation can be tested with the following
KCONFIG_ALLCONFIG file (suppy CROSS_COMPILE if necessary):
CONFIG_X86_VOYAGER=y
# CONFIG_PCI is not set
make ARCH=i386 KCONFIG_ALLCONFIG=... allmodconfig
make ARCH=i386
