The BUG is
BUG_ON(!is_power_of_2(boundary_size));
in iommu_is_span_boundary()
Bisected to commit
04d324bf549d ("dma-mapping: set default segment_boundary_mask to ULONG_MAX")
I have reverted that commit for today.
