This is a diff-diff?  The change:

- 	kstat_this_cpu.irqs[irq]++;
 -	/* block until irq becomes pending */
 -	xen_poll_irq(irq);
+ 	kstat_irqs_this_cpu(irq_to_desc(irq))++;


looks fine.
