Hmm. We already do
                       if (wmem >= sock->sk->sk_sndbuf * 3 / 4) {
                                tx_poll_start(net, sock);
                                set_bit(SOCK_ASYNC_NOSPACE, &sock->flags);
                                break;
                        }
why does not this code trigger here?
